Dinka completed a Double Degree in Forestry/Economics at ANU prior to working in Forestry for several years. Following that Dinka completed post graduate law (JD) at Melbourne University and was admitted as a solicitor in 2007. Following admission, she worked in a Community Legal Centre before working with the Victorian Supreme Court for several years. Dinka then moved on to study Environmental Law at Melbourne University. Dinka was then employed by the Environment Protection Authority and Local Land Services. With her experience and a network of professionals in these two agencies, Dinka is well placed to assist clients with land management codes, private native forestry, EPA audits and legislation.
Dinka was keen to return to a law firm again and joined JMA Legal in 2021. Dinka has a passion for helping people and as lawyer she gets to do that in many ways, whether it be assisting clients with their Estate Planning or advising on contracts and farm business.
Dinka lives on a farm in the Gundagai region with her partner and a menagerie of animals including her much loved horses. Outside of work, Dinka enjoys working on her farm attending to her animals and garden, as well as preparing herself and her horses for endurance riding competitions. Dinka is a published author and enjoys painting and sculpting.
